- Surya Namaskar
This asana is called Sun salutation was named for praying toward the sun and consist of 12 different poses altogether that should be done one after another in a cyclic manner. Done by standing on your feet on the ground facing the sun in a namaskar position (hand folded), now lift your arm up with inhaling then bend forward and exhale and touch the ground. Raise the head and bend one leg forward then exhale. Now repeat in reverse order. Though the process seems bit complicated now but can be easily mastered with time under the guidance. This asana is believed to stretch or act on each and every muscle of the body regardless of the size. This is mostly practiced yoga asana to increase stamina.
- utkata konasana
This pose is also known as Goddess Pose. Done by standing on the floor by Bend your knees forward. Slowly and steadily increasing the distance between the two legs. Stretch your arms as well and Hold the pose there. This pose is very effective as it strengthens the entire body including hips, calf muscles, groins as well as the arms and back.
This is also known as tree pose. Done by folding the legs and placing them over the thighs were the entire weight is on the second legs moving the joint hands upward and balancing. Hold for few seconds while breathing gently. Repeat with another leg.
This asana is also known as fountain pose done by standing straight with feet together and back in straight position. raise your arms while inhaling and stand on your toes hold for sometimes come back while exhaling. This asana is well known to increase height by the stretching action of the muscle and deep breathing pattern again increases the blood all to the cell which helps them in getting the nutrients and hence improves your growth and height.
5. Urdhva Mukha svanasana
Upward facing dog pose, this pose tone muscle of arms expands the chest and makes your body familiar to backbend like wheel pose
Lie on the abdomen with extended legs and hands on the side of the chest lying on the ground over the mat. Press the belly button on the floor and stretch the upper part of the chest upward away from the ground. stretch the arm. Raise the top of the legs from the ground slightly. your hand’s shoulder should be drawn backward and lie on the same plane.
