Mountain Pose

Gently press down the ten toes. Try to engage the quadriceps and lift up your kneecaps and inner thighs as well. Draw the abdominals in an up and down position and press the top of the shoulder down. Downward facing dog

The pose helps in stretching the entire body that helps in strengthening the functionalities of the organs. Put the hands and feet in a stretching position apart from each other, and try to tuck up the toes and lift up the hips. Slightly bend and stretch out the legs, and rotate the inner elbows towards each other.


It helps to teach you how to balance your body by using the entire body to support the position as well as to strengthen the abdominals, and learn to use breathing that helps in another challenging pose. Press the palm, tuck under the toes and try to lift up the body off from the mat. Slide the heels until you feel a straight line of energy. Do it carefully and take a deep breath for 8-10 times.


Stretch the two feet apart from each other, and stretch the arm to one side of the shoulder height. Turn the right foot to 90 degree and left toes to 45 degrees. Place the right hand down to the ankle, knee or shin.


Stand in one foot and place the right foot on the inner upper thigh. Press the hands together in prayer position and hold the pose for some time.

Warrior 1

Take a giant right step back with the left foot that coming towards the lunge, and then turn the left heel down and try to angle the left toes forward in 75 degrees. Lift up your chest and palms overhead in prayer position. It helps in gaining confidence.

Warrior 2

Stand with two feet one leg’s length apart. Try to turn the right toes out in 90 degrees and the left toes in the angle of 45 degrees. Bend the right knee until it directly goes over the right ankle while the torso between the hips. Stretch the arms out and gaze over the right hand.

Seated forward bend

Seat with your legs and feet firmly flexed. Try to lift up your chest and gently hinge in a forwarding direction from the waist. It helps in reducing the back pain and removes tensions.

Bridge Pose

Lie down on the mat and try to place the feet hip-width apart. Press gently on your feet and lift your butt up off from the ground. Interlace your hands together and press the fists down to the floor to open up the chest more. It helps in strengthening the back body.

Child Pose

Bring your knees and feet together when you sit your butt back on the heels and try to stretch the arms in forwarding direction. Lower your forehead towards the ground and let the body to release.
